Oh my gosh, I loooooove BQ and Olympics. I'm so sad it's over and that I'm not going to Summit. (Best wishes to all my team mates.) It's so much fun to dedicate two or three months of your life  preparing for something that is a blast and is so fulfilling. Especially BQ, because you memorize tons of verses and doctrine, and once its over you've been able to compete for a title, but you also have all these verses, definitions, and doctrine that will never turn out void. My team got 4th place out of 24. We were pretty happy especially since it was our first year in varsity. I can't wait until next year!

Don't worry, I know it was getting kinda scarry after I hadn't posted for about a month. I was just out of the groove and didn't really have time. But, after a three month furlough I'm back!
What's been happening? Well, I've been studying for BQ which takes up a big chunk of my life. School has also been really busy too. I've had a couple of huge tests and one enormous research paper on the Choctaw Nation. I can tell you just about anything you want to know about the history of Choctaws through the Civil War. Not that you'd want to know. (No offense to all those Choctaws out there. You have a facinating history, but I'd been reading about it non stop for about ten days.)
Anyways. I've also started up soccer once again. It's loads of fun, and I've learned a lot. The only problem is that everyone on the team is a good soccer player, I'm just not sure that we've morphed into a team yet. We'll see.

It's officially freezing outside. I love the winter especially Christmas, but as Becky has said "It's a waist if it's cold outside, but not snowing." (Props to Becky) My family and I are about to start decorating the Christmas tree as we drink egg nog and cocoa, eat fudge-dipped Oreos, and listen to Christmas music. MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!!!!!

Hey! I finally figured out how to work this thing with a little help from my dearest, Sarah S.
Now I'm going to make some cool beans changes to my site.

Tell Carole B.

I love summer and all but some days I just feel like I've wasted a good fourteen hours of daylight. Like yesterday the only productive thing I did was go to band practice and talk on the phone to Sarah. That took a good three hours, as for the other eleven... Last week, however, was a lot of fun because I attended my choir's summer festival (music camp) It was like my fourth time in a row but and nothing ever changes except the people and maybe the teachers. But it turns into an amazing time because it's like a summer reunion for the current members, and we get to sing with each other again. Yeah, I know what you're thinkin. You're picturing a bunch of music geeks cracking a bunch of choir jokes about past concerts, songs, and members. Wellllll... Your right! By the way, calling all guys who aren't tone deaf and are man enough to get up and sing in a choir, we need tenors and basses badly. All you have to do is go try out in I think August. And like I said, If you can carry a tune while singing My Country tis' of thee, you're in. Girls you should come out too.
